Finally Friday!

We had a whirlwind of a week and I have to confess I am relieved it is OVER! Veteran's day was spent taking the triplets to the pediatrician. They got their well-check/physical and flu vaccines. I gave the girls the option for the flu mist.....I said "do you want a needle in your thigh or water up your nose?" They said WATER IN OUR NOSE!!!! :) They did great with that. I had it done first and think they should never term it as a "mist"---it is truly liquid from a syringe shot up your nose. My eyes watered and it burned a little, but of course with little ones watching me I had to be sure not to react! They were all good for height and weight. Cora is doing great without her feeding tube although I forget what percentile she was for weight...
The other event to report was Thursday. Triplet haircuts! They were each well behaved and I think the cuts turned out great.
Monday brings a Neurologist appointment for Brock. I usually come back from that bummed out. Neuro doctors seem to always have that effect on me when they point out all the things Brock is NOT doing. I tend to celebrate every little new thing he does, but it is hard for a doc to see what I see----especially in a short exam.
Brock is moving a lot more. He has developed his own way of crawling. He is only up on elbows and does almost a bunny hop with his legs. PT is working on a reciprocating pattern with his legs, but without much success. He scoots all over the floor, but the poor little guy is bumping his head into furniture and walls! I laugh, but it is kinda sad. I would love to have him reach his hand out before he moves.... Brock is a tough guy and he doesn't seem to be hurt by his bumps. :) It is cute to see this kid move around the room.

Brock loves this computer toy so much....we bought 5 on clearance last year after Christmas for fear we wouldn't find anymore!

Look at the boy! He is getting good at propping up on his side. There is one position I call his movie star pose. ;)

Two girls showing off their new 'dos....

We love CHEEEEEEEEEEESE!
